Family plans have come down in price too, Tmobile comes out on top here too because you can now get a family plan with 2 lines for $99.99 a month. AT&T and Verizon are $120 per month for 2 lines and sprint/nextel is pretty high priced unless you also want unlimited text/data too. They do not offer only unlimited minutes, you have to take the whole package there.
